Starting with a $99,000 condo at the age of 22, Alan had a passion for real estate for almost half of his life. Starting his real estate journey, he grew his net worth from $10,000 to $1,000,000 by the age of 28 and was able to retire from the corporate world to focus on real estate full-time.
Currently “maxing out” in real estate, he now manages a $50 million dollar portfolio of over 300+ doors, leads a top-producing Atlanta real estate brokerage team, and teaches investors worldwide through books, podcasts, courses, and speaking engagements. His published books on real estate "A Million Bucks by 30" and "House FIRE" have been touted as both very humorous, yet educational and actionable.

LAUREN KEEN AUMOND
Lauren Keen Aumond is a content creator and real estate investor based in Tampa Bay, Florida. Along with her husband, Aric, Lauren built a real estate portfolio that helped them achieve financial independence. Now in their early 30s, the two specialize in short-term rentals on the nature coast (west coast) of Florida.
In 2019, Lauren launched the Adulting Is Easy podcast to teach her younger sister about personal finance, which has since expanded into so much more. Lauren has a bachelor's in Finance from the University of Florida and a graduate certificate in financial planning from Boston University.
When she's not working, Lauren enjoys spending time on her boat, playing pickleball and volleyball, watching sports, and savoring a glass of red wine.
